Makes 1 Cocktail

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 dash Angustora bitters

1/2 cup chilled Champagne

Lemon peel

RECIPE METHOD

Stir sugar and bitters in pre-chilled Champagne glass. Add Champagne.

Twist lemon peel over and drop into glass.
